Q: Is it true that ComWreck has achieved less than any other European Communications Regulator, bar the Greek one?
A: Yes.
Q: Is it true that ComWreck is not part of the solution of Irelands Internet problems, but part of the problem.
A: Definitely.
Q: Is it true that ComWreck's Quarterly reviews and Annual Reports regularly and deliberately misinform the public about the real situation of Internet access in Ireland?
A: Sure.
Q: Is it true that ComWreck's USO (Universal Service Obligation) placed on Eircom, does not require Eircom to provide a phone line capable of at least modem Internet access?
A: Yes, the crappiest, splitted line will do – but ComWreck grants Eircom to charge the highest line rental in Europe, so that Eircom can cash in on its monopoly part of business and make any serious competition on the call charge and Internet side of business impossible.
McRedmond: "Can we charge 24.50 euros per month for this line?" Isolde Goggin: "No problem, as long as you provide a phone book to the customer."
